Student review [#27455] for Social Work
at San Diego State University - SDSU

The program that I did which was Social Work was very good. They offer so many opportunities to advance in your career such as internships, volunteering opportunities, social work organizations, career fairs, etc. San Diego State University overall has very good and famous programs that they are known for. They have multiple help centres and free tutoring opportunities for all students.
San Diego State University is known to be a party school and its reputation is true. College life is very fun with clubs, organizations, sports teams, intramural teams, etc. Even though it is a party school people do take academics very seriously. The only downside about SDSU is that it is located about 20 minutes from the beach. However, the campus offers a variety of restaurants and shops. the university is not as diverse since most of the students are caucasian. There is diversity but not as much.
Overall I do recommend SDSU to other people since their programs are good while offering to build connections and experience as well as having a good college life experience.
