SDSU isn’t just about the weather and palm trees… it’s a place where you actually have to show up and put in the work. Classes can be competitive, and it’s easy to fall behind if you don’t stay organized, but that pressure pushes you to become more disciplined. The campus feels energetic almost all the time, which makes it easy to meet people but sometimes hard to focus. Still, once you find your routine, SDSU becomes a place where you grow steadily, gain confidence, and start taking your goals more seriously.

To be honest, I couldn’t have chosen a better university! I knew I had made the right choice as soon as I arrived on campus. San Diego State University and its students continue to have a close relationship. Everyone has access to a variety of tools and opportunities. Because it combines academics with extracurricular activities, it’s a great school. People from all over the world are represented among the student body, which is highly diverse. The whole experience seems unique. Additionally, there are a number of extracurricular activities available, and thanks to the university’s connections, I’ve been able to attend seminars, guest lectures, and even land an internship.
