The College of General Studies
There are several schools known as Boston University. I study at the College of Public Education. This program is suitable for first and second year undergraduate students who wish to gain a solid foundation in the humanities. CGS is a very unique school at BU because we have very close classes of twelve students, have our own study and building halls, have a library, and have access to our own academic advisors. After completing the CGS program, students attend other colleges of their choice and take classes specific to their field. Ignore casual or academic writing classes as CGS will take care of it, so you will have room to take extra exams as other subjects are over and focus only on what your senior wants you to do.
