Many students reported that the lectures in freshman year can be a bit bland, but because the course as a whole is relatively simple, and the points that should be taught are not missed, after careful revision, the final is still not affected. If freshman year is an appetizer, so that students can enjoy London life more, then year 2 is the real challenge. All the core statistics classes in year 2 will really give students a feel for how to apply statistical knowledge to solve problems. In particular, in the Mechanical Foundations class, my tutor will recreate the homework problems every week every time he teaches the class, never repeating them, but also laying a solid foundation for the more difficult advanced classes in the third year.
