Teachers were sound, knew their stuff and made lots of friends. Had a good load of pubs great memories and 10/10 would do it again if I could, would recommend this uni to all my mates and will send my children here!

The Business Studies degree is ideal for you if you’re interested in expanding your existing business skills. The modules offered are designed to help you learn about the complexities of the business world. The classes are delivered at a manageable pace and the lecturers are easy to contact and communicate with. Most of the content is available online if you miss a lecture or you’re a bit slower at taking notes.

The facilities at Sheffield University are decent. The union is a decent size and drinks are sold at a student price. There’s a diverse range of events on, usually 2-3 times a week. The gym is filled with top of the range equipment but it is usually pretty busy. There are societies for all sorts of niches and the ones I signed up for were friendly and welcoming.

Night life is good, not quite as bust as some of the bigger cities but enough to keep things interesting. Lots of pubs which are all relatively cheap.

All in all I would say this is a great place to study. A perfect blend between city life and countryside. Very very friendly people.

The University of Sheffield is very supportive with their students and you get to meet people from different backgrounds as it is a very international uni. The facilities are well-implemented and the professors are very knowledgeable.

The University of Sheffield is a wonderful place where an international student pursues his or her studies in a multicultural and warm environment. The best thing here is its society and people. The welcoming nature of the university members and the local communities, the toothsome and mouth-watering local and fast food and make importantly the ample availability of all the kinds of study resources an individual would need for getting a distinction, the university has it all. The only problem I find is the higher prices of food and commodities in the Student’s Union. But overall, it’s a great university and with its mix of people from different backgrounds, is a true microcosm of the international business world and thus the ideal place where a young student can pursue a business-based education.
