nice staff, admin is as janky and arcane as any other large uni but is balanced out by helpful people, academically rigorous but fairly compassionate pastorally speaking, quite forward thinking in terms of inclusivity ethos and academic scope/subject matter. Can seem intimidatingly large, as can the city of London, but social isolation is countered by societies/halls etc. All in all pretty good, uni is only as nightmarishly revelatory and choc full of existential crises as the period of your life that it’s associated with, and UCL is a great place to have multiple consecutive nervous breakdowns. xx
