My experience as a second-year music student at Middlesex University has been fulfilling. The faculty members, who possess a wealth of knowledge and experience, provide stimulating lectures and tutorials that cover various aspects of music like music theory, composition, performance, and music technology. The campus boasts standard facilities, such as recording studios, practice rooms, and performance venues, which have helped me hone my skills. Moreover, the university offers numerous extracurricular activities, including music societies, workshops, and performances, enabling me to network with fellow musicians.

Training at Middlesex University was a really supportive and friendly atmosphere from peers and tutors. They really pushed you to do your best and succeed. Experienced industry professionals taught a variety of techniques and we also gained knowledge about anatomy, history, and professional development in dance. I loved all the performance opportunities and how specialised our final year was so we could choose which pathway we wanted to take. There were options for choreography, teaching, and science. Choosing the performance modules has made me a really versatile dancer and helped me develop into the person I am today.

Middlesex University has a lot of campuses, each one specifically build with the rights tools for each course. It doesn’t matter from where you come, you are always welcome by the sweetest professors and uni employees. They will help you with every single task you need, even if you need a job to pay your bills and rent !
