I am a graduate in 2021, I studied at the University of Exeter for 1 year.
As an international student, I met difficulties in studying in English and culture shock.
I seek help from my tutor and the staff of the university. They provide many resources to help me and finally, I overcome them.
Definite recommend my programme and the university.
View moreI feel like the University of Exeter isn’t as diverse as it advertises its self to be surely they have been trying to attract more diversity but as far as I have seen its much more white dominated which can be intermediating for international students. Last year as well I was roomed with 11 Britishers and I did face racism after reaching out to authorities to ask in a change in my flat they said we are sorry for your experience and that they were willing to give me a new room however, I would have to pay for both my rooms. In my opinion this University is clearly money minded and puts its profit first regardless of how serious the issue might be.
View moreI loved my time at Exeter, i met people from all around the world. Coming from Mauritius, it has opened me to new cultures and ways of living.
I studied Business Management which is a broad BA but the teaching was great. Additionally, throughout the years you are able to choose most of your modules.
I loved my experience at Exeter. I’ve made friends from everywhere in the world (France, Italie, Brazil, Hong-Kong). The international community is quite big and very welcoming. Exeter is a bit far from London but the city offers nearly everything (clubbing, shops). The campus it self is beautiful and quite modern. Additionally the staff is very helpful when you need them.
