Students are given a huge variety of areas to explore. One of my personal favourite modules has been America in the 60s which involved exploring not just the political climate, but how the public reshaped America through activism and the civil rights movements. Lectures guide students in various assessments through exams essays and oral presentations. Overall the skills I have gained from this course are not only useful for a career in history but transferable to a variety of career pathways.
