The University of Kent provided invaluable real-world exposure to the graphic design industry through immersive experiences. From arranging visits to agencies in London to facilitating virtual meetings with various agencies, the university ensured students gained insights into different styles of work and agency environments. These firsthand encounters allowed us to explore the breadth of opportunities within the graphic design field and discern our preferences, fostering a deeper understanding of the industry landscape.

Through these initiatives, the university effectively bridged the gap between academic learning and industry practice, equipping students with practical knowledge and exposure crucial for their professional development. By facilitating direct engagement with agencies, both in-person and virtually, the University of Kent demonstrated a commitment to preparing students for the dynamic and multifaceted world of graphic design.

The University of Kent gave me another chance to complete my studies as I already held qualifications from the first year and second years. My final year could have prepared me further in terms of getting into the professional design industry, more and useful feedback for technical issues and rules of graphic design which would have improved the quality of work I had at the time.
