As a student at Uganda Management Institute, I have found the experience to be valuable. The institute provides a conducive environment for learning. The faculty members are supportive and always willing to guide and assist students in their academic pursuits. The academic programs are comprehensive and relevant to the needs of the modern workforce. The Institute can work on some things like increasing access to resources and enhancing career support services for students. Students have to find their own accommodation and transport means to school. I loved the flexibility because there are options for full time and part time programs so it does not interrupt one’s other life’s plans.
