It is a university that may be one of the most developed and best-educated schools in Turkey. Not only the education of the school but also the teachers and students in it are open-minded and self-developed people.

Bogazici University was the best university in Turkey in 20th century. However, the quality of education is decreasing day by day because of overcrowding, insufficient budget and facilities and inresponsible lecturers. Also, the tree thought environment starts to disappear.

It’s one of the most well-known universities in Turkey and it provides good advantages for the students. However, because it’s a state university, opportunities are limited compared to other private universities in Turkey. Unfortunately, university academics and students are easily affected by the current political situations in Turkey.

I think students are very qualified but the university doesn’t support them enough. We are expected to be successful in many ways. I am an athlete in this university for 4 years and I have seen that our school doesn’t let us to do sports. We can not use the stadium efficiently. It closes very early in weekdays and closes on Sunday. Also doesn’t have any lightning. We are fighting to use our sports centers. Even we are in the top 3 universities of our country we don’t have a big festival. We had one past few years but administrators are trying to end it.

Bogazici is one of the most reputable university among Turkish students. Many alumnies are working at the top companies of Turkish business environment. Being involved in this network is the biggest advantage of studying at this school.

For me, The biggest advantage of my university is how physically close it is to business centers in İstanbul. In addition, it is a target university in Turkey, so there are lots of career seminars and other career events in campus.
