Student review [#9722] for International Relations
at Istanbul Bilgi University

I am graduating from Bilgi University International Relations Program this year, 2019. In Bilgi University, I had the best years of my life where I discovered myself and the things I wanted from life. The kind of a university that prepares you for your dreams. I don’t regret. But as ın all cases, it has pros and cons obviously. __I must say,Bilgi University’s facilities are the best! it has one of most beautıful campuses ın Istanbul! It’s full of green and built inside of a very old Electric Santral of Istanbul. Studying inside of a museum was a perfect atmosphere. Also it has everything for students with disabilities. It’s designed by calculating every solutions. And Campus is animal-friendly so you can see dogs and cats everywhere!! Plus green birds! Student Profile can be varied but it has international, intellectual and super friendly student profile. You can see the chill people on the grass drinking their coffees all the time. People are really happy in this university. That was the first thing I realize when I started my undergraduate studies.__Also the academic staff is highly qualified and never turns you down on the issues that you need additional help. Always, friendly and happy to teach. There is no irritating bureaucracy in the department between student and academics.__Bilgi University has enourmous international Network including Erasmus or Bileteral Exchange, or Degree Programs. If you look for it, then the university will offer everything you need for you. It is a private university but you will transfer your money to experience in effectively. __Of course every good things have an other side. I really like my university but it has some cons inside. For instance, even though we have different kinds of restaurants or cafes inside of the campus, they are really expensive comparing to other universities. (The water is free though. It’s a big thing 🙂 )The other thing is related to the accommodation. Yes, the university has dormitories for students but they also are very expensive so if you prefer staying in a furnished home it probably will be cheaper. But again, these are the only bad things that I can think of.____Bilgi University played an important role in my life towards my career. So at the end I can say with inner peace that I’m glad I picked Bilgi University!__
