would recommend Bogazici university to anyone looking for an enriching and fulfilling educational experience. The learning environment is exceptional, and the professors are highly supportive and inspiring. This university can truly transform your life!
View moreBogazici is one of the most prestigious universities in Turkey. The diversity in their programs, the professors, the opportunities of student societies are highly qualified. However, overpopulation of the school will give you a hard time to access those resources.
View moreBogazici University is an amazing school. My program, Translation and Interpreting Studies, more than delivered on the promise. I not only had the opportunity to participate in a valuable education process but was also trained by the best in the industry. The department offered both old-school fundamental literary education, and the most up-to-date skills, tools, and industry insights in the language services industry, which I am grateful for. Would recommend it to everyone interested in a language-related career and who is a Turkish speaker.
The only thing I can mention as a point of improvement would be that perhaps, in a politically volatile environment like Turkey, it could be a good idea to keep the focus on the classes, and the learning and growing experience, rather than fruitlessly discussing the ever-changing political scene. This could potentially result in a waste of time and energy- but I guess that’s part of the charm in countries like Turkey!
View moreIt is a university that may be one of the most developed and best-educated schools in Turkey. Not only the education of the school but also the teachers and students in it are open-minded and self-developed people.
View moreWhat I love the most about Boğaziçi is of course the amazing campus and the view of the beautiful Bosphorus. The campus life in Boğaziçi is what I will miss the most when I graduate. I also really enjoy my degree, I like the quality of the courses that are taught in my department. The professors are available and easy to communicate with most of the time. The student clubs are also very active and I’m lucky to be a part of the activities organized by the clubs. The workload is usually way more than the other European universities but it only allows you to achieve more and learn more.
