Hello, Data Science and Society is, so far, an enjoyable interdisciplinary programme delivered in relatively small cohorts of around 20-40 students per year. Being a newer programme, it is still evolving and being refined. I would recommend it particularly if you are unsure of the exact direction you want to pursue, as it offers considerable freedom in shaping your own assignment focus. The programme is taught at Campus Fryslan, which is a small community within the University on its own. If you are someone enjoying the personal contact and social interactions, this might be something to consider as well. That said, it does fall short of certain requirements for those looking to continue into more technical Master’s programmes afterwards. It does, however, provide a solid enough foundation for stepping into industry. I hope that helps!
