Pere Tarrés Faculty offers outstanding courses in the fields of social education and social work. The school has over 80 years of experience in social work, 20 years in social education, and has trained more than 15,000 students in the past few years. Prospective students who already hold a certification in social education or social work, are able to obtain a degree through the training for the adaptations of certificates in Social Education and Social Work and the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). The faculty also offers the option to gain two degrees in a little over 5 years. A postgraduate studies degree in food and social cohesion is also an option, as well as a PhD programme, which is run in cooperation with two other faculties at Ramon Llull University (the Blanquerna Faculty of Psychology, Education Sciences and Sport; and the Blanquerna Faculty of Health Sciences). The school also has international experience programmes- it has mobility agreements with 34 European universities, 7 Latin-American universities, 3 US universities and 10 entities of international cooperation. The Faculty also offers courses in Spanish and English for semester-long exchanges.
