UNED gives you a lot of freedom, which is great if you’re self-motivated. But honestly, passing can be harder than at a regular in-person university. I’d definitely recommend doing the suggested activities, even if they’re not mandatory—they really help you understand the material.
If you’re someone who likes asking questions or prefers not to do a lot of independent research, this might not be the best fit. Professors can take a long time to reply—or sometimes don’t reply at all—and unlike other universities, there aren’t recorded classes you can watch later.
