Much to improve

I have spent several years studying at the University of the Basque Country, first at the Guipúzcoa campus, where I studied Psychology, and then at the Vizcaya campus, where I studied a Master. As for the students and many of the teachers, I have no complaints, I have had good friends and I have had the opportunity to be a student of great professionals who I admire very much. However, the quality of the training provided has a lot of room for improvement, an excessive emphasis is put on things that really have nothing to do with learning and use (infinite group work, theoretical exams, compulsory attendance …) . None of these factors ensures that a student has taken advantage of his or her academic experience successfully, much less that he or she will become a good professional. I therefore believe that the UPV should rethink the efficiency of its teaching methods.

Regarding other aspects, such as facilities, funding facilities (scholarships), possibilities for training programs abroad (Erasmus) … I believe that the UPV presents a good option as a national public university.
