Student Life at the Univervisity of Granada

I did like the environment a lot. At first, it was all new to me, as I came from another city to study in Granada – but I could adapt easily in a few days. There were international students, and I wished there were more of them, as the degree I was studying was English Studies; so we could have the chance to interact with more English speaking people before going to another country for the Erasmus Program.

Faculty teachers were all okay, although there were some whose English pronunciation was a bit rusty; but, overall, they were good. They helped quite a lot.

The worst could be, maybe, the administrative work. Some processes, like going to an Erasmus destination, were quite confusing, with many things to do; and it was really slow. For other matters, such as changing classes or subjects, was done quite good. As far as I remember, the queue to the administration office was long, as they wait to be attended to.

Life at Granada as a student was much fun and you get to know many people!. There are many places to visit (touristically speaking) like the Moorish streets, markets, teashops, antique houses/palaces and the famous Alhambra.

It was worth it!
