Good but not great
I think the university is good, you have everything basic you need. But that is also de problem, basic. It does not offer activities, areas or other things to make it more special for the student. The are some associations that offer activities but not the university itself.
Other than that, there is a big variety of dregrees for a “small” city as Santander. Great location, near the centre and the sea and there are affordable houses right in front of it.
