Considering that my main goal was to pursue this postgraduate degree in order to advance my career as a researcher, the plan that the University of Granada is among the most interesting in Spain. Having a wide range of professors from different universities in Spain, and even China and the USA, the degree provides an interesting background to continue researching. The facilities provided by the University were acceptable and the schedule was demanding yet clear, particularly knowing that many professors are not residing in Granada for most of the year. Communication with most of the faculty was fluid and there was a high level of implication by many professors. At the same time, many of the students of this M.A. come from China which gives way to an interesting intercultural dialogue in and outside the classroom. Although many things could be improved, especially the curriculum, which has to be revised after a decade, I think that this M.A. provides a good experience for those with some experience in the field to further develop their projects. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t recommend this program to people who were interested in acquiring a high level of command of the languages imparted, since the faculty knows that due to a variety of backgrounds they cannot force a highly proficient level in demanding languages such as Chinese and Japanese.
