Support from lecturers
UJ’s Accounting department, I believe, is one of the best in the country. The content is useful and the lecturers are helpful.
However, help will not come to you you will have to ask for it.
The only thing I disliked is some lecturers who simply read the slides in class and did very little to no explaining. Meaning that I had to watch additional Youtube videos to understand concepts.
