At the University of Warsaw, there’s something for everyone, from the academic side to social life. The campus is spread out around the city, but that makes it feel like the university is woven into Warsaw itself. I’m studying Political Science, and I love how we often bring in guest speakers from the world of politics and international relations – it really makes the subject come alive. Professors here are approachable, and they genuinely care about student opinions, which isn’t something you find everywhere. The classes are a mix of lectures and seminars, which I like because it gives us a chance to debate and discuss. There are so many clubs and societies that it’s easy to meet people with similar interests. One downside is that classes can be big, but you just have to be proactive.
