It depends on your expectations. I don’t think that it is highly ranked but you can anyway be satisfied at some point. Teachers are understanding and kind. They try to understand you well first and then help. The university’s dean’s office is not working well. They return back emails late if we take a consideration you hurry up. The English sources in the library are not big but you can get pdf on the university’s online library, it can be considered a minus for the university if you like to hold the book.
