Good Relationship between students and professors
In the department at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun where I study, the professors are very accessible and build personal connections with the students, creating a relaxed atmosphere for learning. This teaching approach helps students to feel more connected to the material being taught. Thanks to this kind of teaching, I have been able to improve my study skills through personal meetings with my lecturers to discuss topics that I found challenging in class.
