It is a good university in terms of the quality of teachers, in my case, because it is a medical career, many of the doctors who teach are very good. It also has a good infrastructure, there is enough space to spend free time between classes, whether studying or simply killing time. The bad thing is that the university administration is a disaster, the service is terrible, the secretaries are not usually very friendly, they give you wrong information or they just do not give it to you. In addition, they often do not respect the rights of students, trying to impose new policies that are not accepted. But as they say, the university does not do the student but the student does to the university!
