I like the quality of the university’s professors, but unfortunately, at the administrative level, all the processes are complicated, nothing is automated, there is a lack of staff, and the staff there is lacking empathy.

They don’t care if you don’t learn they only care about your money. Everyone who works in this building is so incompetent it’s not even funny. Professors don’t care, they don’t teach or are present for class, and your schedule clashes with other classes (for example having 2 classes AT THE SAME TIME because for some reason they LOVE switching up the schedule that does NOT APPEAR on the original document), the customer service is USELESS they give answers so vague it will piss you off and don’t care about you following up with an inquiry, ALWAYS closing open inquiry cases without you being able to do anything about it besides opening up another case and typing up everything from scratch. What a POS of university please just do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money here unless you’re rich and don’t care.
