I’m currently participating in the Impact MBA Sustainability, Innovation and Leadership program at Tomorrow University, and overall, I’m very happy with the experience. The program is fully online and mostly self-paced, which is perfect for me since I work full-time. Without this level of flexibility, I wouldn’t be able to pursue my studies.
The structure is built around 3-week challenges, where you submit an assignment at the end of each cycle. The assessment criteria are clear, and I find the workload manageable within the given timeframe. That said, it’s also possible to invest significantly more effort and treat this as a full-time MBA experience.
There is one mandatory session per week, usually in the evening (CET). This works well for most students, though I can see how it might be challenging for those in different time zones.
Interaction & Support
Interaction with professors and peers happens regularly on Slack, and I’ve found the response rate from professors to be exceptionally good so far. There’s also strong support, including a group mentor, which is great for guidance.
I’m currently in the orientation phase, and it has served well as an introduction, helping me explore different areas as a total newbie. Depending on the courses I choose in the next phase, I expect that having some background experience may become more relevant.
Technology & Learning App
The learning app works well overall. One thing to note is that students are encouraged to provide feedback at each milestone in the app. While this can be a bit overwhelming at times, I do appreciate that the university actually listens to and addresses feedback.
If you’re looking for a flexible, structured online MBA that allows you to balance work and study while still receiving strong support and interaction, this could be a great option.
