It's very interesting but abit challenging

Overall it’s a great university in zambia and very reputable and you can tell this by the calibre of alumni it has produced. It could be challenging and requires you to adapt to learning in a vast and fast paced environment.
I personally found it abit challenging in my first 2 years but after I learnt the dynamics and how to keep up with the academics as well as my social life it became bearable. Also lecturers avail themselves and provide more than enough resources to push you in your academic journey . Plus there’s never really a dull moment on campus it’s so live because you get to meet all these young people with different stories and personality that could teach you a thing or two outside if academics.

My initial opinion about the university was that it was going to be a tough five years as it is one of the top Zambian universities. My first year was the toughest since I had to adjust to all the different clubs and social setups on campus. But mostly I was nervous if I was good enough to make it through freshman year. When I got used to how to study for tests and assignments everything become easier and I started to enjoy my time at the university. Second year came and I manage to score points into the desired engineering program. It’s was a tough journey but I eventually adapted and it became more bearable. I particularly enjoyed working on projects with my classmates and sharing our unique perspectives on different engineering courses. I would honestly recommend the university to my fellow engineering enthusiasts all over the world.

Copperbelt University is not merely a conglomeration of buildings and books — it’s a furnace. A place where raw potential is heated and hammered into ability, and ideas are tested in the fires of real-world application. Studying Business Administration here has not only educated me in theory, but also in thinking, leadership, and toughness.

The campus is alive, with many voices, hungry minds, and the occasional controversy that reminds you that growth never occurs without a little suffering. Some systems will creep slowly, like gears in motion, before catching up, but even that instils resilience and patience.

Copperbelt University is worth visiting if you’re searching for a university to challenge, stretch you, and prepare you for something greater than a job.

Computer Engineering at The Copperbelt University

As a first year student at The Copperbelt University, my experience has been one full of learning and growing. Being at what is considered the best school to pursue a degree that is Engineering based, it is in my opinion the best place to begin your journey to success.

What stands out to me is the way class schedules are designed depending on the campus you are learning from. This is especially considerate because of the demands and commitments of different students are made.
