To restore the dignity of man- that’s the motto of my alma mater. I guess we never really did understand why or what that meant. I spent 5 years in UNN and attended all 4 Campuses. I graduated from the College of Medicine as a Physiologist and one thing I learnt was how to be resourceful. I typically had to learn many things myself because our classes were combined in college till my 3rd year.
I still wouldn’t trade it, because it groomed me. Gave me friends turned family. Built the Lion spirit in me. I am actually a Super Lioness! Campus life was sweet since I lived off campus. I had nice lecturers and the ones that were just nasty. Apart from the archaic teaching methods sometimes, it was a time worthy experience. Plus, I didn’t come out a dumbass!
