Student review [#76533] for Psychological Counselling and Guidance
at University of Jos - UNIJOS

I’m a student at the University of Jos (UNIJOS) and I gotta say, it’s been a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, I absolutely love the campus – it’s gorgeous! And the diversity of the student body is amazing, I’ve made friends from all over Nigeria. Plus, most of my lecturers are super knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach. And, if you’re into research, UNIJOS has some great opportunities.

But, on the other hand, there are some things that drive me crazy. Like, have you seen the state of some of the facilities? They really need a facelift. And don’t even get me started on the admin processes – it’s like they’re trying to make it as hard as possible. And, of course, there’s the issue of resources… or lack thereof. It’s frustrating when you can’t access the materials you need to learn. And, yeah, security can be a concern sometimes.

Still, I think UNIJOS has a lot of potential. If they could just sort out those few issues, it would be an amazing place to study. So, to whoever is listening, please, invest in some upgrades, streamline the admin, get more resources in, and beef up security. Trust me, it’ll make all the difference.
