The University of Ibadan is my choice of a postgraduate program, I am currently undergoing me postgraduate program at the University. I would say I wasnt expecting much from the University as to me it’s a general problem in the Nigerian educational system. While I had my first degree at the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta whose learning environment was very comfortable but the learning system is low as every other universities in the country, I had no concern about the system as it was generally accepted. But furthering my education unto a postgraduate program I was a bit expecting a different approach to learning but to my disappointment it was as it has always been “An average Nigerian educational system.” I think in my honest opinion, the Nigerian Educational Board needs to review, and rewrite some of their approaches towards syllabus and teaching contents across the postgraduate programs at least if not the undergraduate programs but the postgraduate programs. Apart from the learning system every other thing is pretty much normal.
