My school is okay, a Nigerian school with Nigerian senior lecturers whom are willing to keep lecturing till students get so weary, to think that I wanted law but as fate would have it, I studied Public Administration, was fun to be honest, I never thought I could write a project myself, until I did it, my department just made school life a bit complex, but then again it’s God will.

Lectures are well taught and understood, it runs a skill empowerment program that all students must participate in
There are also general courses that gives students insight on topics outside their course.
The Polytechnic, Ibadan was more of a training ground to me than an educational institute. The school taught me how to live, how to survive, how to talk and behave which are more than what envisaged for. I became a writer, public speaker and a leader all in that school, special thanks to the platform it gave me to grow.
View moreThe Polytechnic Ibadan is one of Nigeria’s well-regarded institutions for technical and vocational education. It offers a variety of programs that are practical and career-focused, especially in fields like engineering, business, and computer science.
What I Liked:
The hands-on approach to learning equips students with practical skills for the job market.
The campus has a vibrant community and provides opportunities for networking and personal growth.
Affordable tuition compared to many other institutions in the country.
What I Disliked:
Like many Nigerian institutions, infrastructure and facilities could be improved to enhance the learning experience.
Administrative processes can be slow and may require streamlining.
Would I Recommend It?
Yes, I would recommend The Polytechnic Ibadan to students looking for a solid technical education. It is particularly suitable for those who want to gain employable skills and practical knowledge in their chosen field. However, I would advise prospective students to be prepared for challenges typical of public institutions in Nigeria.
From the notable brown roof structure of the roof tops
The city of Ibadan can be said to be an ancient city
One of the occurrence or happenings that transcends Ibadan to a city is education
And the establishment or building of the citadel for technological advancement
Which shares it bothers with the Sango, Apete and the University Of Ibadan
It’s somewhat populous given hope of furthered education to scholars who probably felt that gaining an admission to the University is a struggle
From the main gain (South campus) Which houses the faculty of engineering to the Middle belt which Houses the music technology, CEC, senate , Faculty Of Financial Studies (Accountancy, Insurance and Banking and finance departments)
To the North (The house Of The Faculty Of Science And other departments, The Assembly Hall, CIDM and so on)
Is a place full of life
