I had a mixed experience at my university. While I enjoyed my time there and appreciated the emphasis on dressing professionally, I had significant issues with the lecturers and overall school culture. The lecturers were often unorthodox in their teaching methods, and corruption seemed prevalent among staff and security. Due to these challenges, I wouldn’t recommend the university to others, and if I had to decide again, I’d choose differently.

The lecturers are good at their job
The environment is safe
Materials are provided and made available for students
There should be extra curricular activities
Work load like assignments and projects are too much and the timing to submit them is short.
Students should be given grants
The school fees should be affordable

Rivers state university is one of the best state universities in Nigeria. It is a school that Instills good morals and behavior in her students. It has a conducisve environment for learning and has birthed so many important and responsible people in the society.
