I am a student of Ladoke Akintola University of technology and in my time of studying here the school won the title of best state University in Nigeria over and over, it’s also of the most populated state University. My thought about this school is that despite all the bad reviews it has gotten in the past and may still be getting it’s gives us something that most won’t give and that is a resilient spirit cause it pushes you to your breaking point, if you see any alumni of this know they have gone, seen and conquered.

View moreI attend a technology-focused university where I receive a rigorous education. The institution provides numerous hands-on approaches and ultimately proves to be valuable. However, one issue I encounter is the frequent occurrence of staff strikes, which lengthen the academic year.
Additionally, certain projects or activities have to be postponed due to insufficient practical equipment.
Lastly, there should be a shift towards reducing theoretical teaching and incorporating more practical teaching methods.
View moreLAUTECH is a kind of University well equipped with strong and enough facilities required for learning purposes. The classes are well ventilated and the lecturers too are sound. The school environment is clean, has stable electricity, and buildings are also well organized with good transportation within the campus.
The school library’s collections are of standard publications which are used to prepare for exams and also to supplement what was taught in class.
The social activities are not too much but on a normal level. There is no racial discrimination and the admission process is transparent enough.
Just like every other state University, the tuition fee is high and that’s the only thing I dislike about the school.
