Student review [#82800] for Accounting and Management
at Obafemi Awolowo University - OAU

Generally speaking Obafemi Awolowo University is most times regarded as the Harvard of Africa because of its topmost standard. Thus, in my opinion, I would say Obafemi Awolowo University which is one of the best school in Nigeria is an institution that enshrines learning and culture and offers a conducive learning environment to its students. The Institution is renowned in history for its moral and academic excellence. The lecturers are well equipped, friendly and encourage students to emulate good values.
Some of my likes include;
The structure of the faculties the library building, the religious ground, the popular spider building, the amphitheater housing about 5000 students and it’s lecture halls and landscape.

The beautiful serene campus environment filled with students.

The strong alumni network and bond, which includes providing of mentorships, opportunities and scholarships.

Some of my dislikes includes;
The hectic and beaucratic Procedures which could be worrisome and frustrating.

The strikes and protests

Based on my experience as an alumni, I would recommend Obafemi Awolowo University to anyone aspiring to have a qualitative and quantitative education rich in culture, morals, experience, connection and support. While also providing a conducive environment for learning.
