Student review [#24625] for Pharmacy
at Obafemi Awolowo University - OAU

Obafemi Awolowo University is one of the best 10 universities in Nigeria. When I was a student, OAU was the number one University. Getting into Pharmacy was a childhood dream that came true. I enjoyed every bit of it despite the inadequacies in laboratory facilities. I had the best Professors in Nigeria with excellent research records. To have stayed on Africa’s most beautiful campus was an experience I will never forget. The student life was a rugged one but thanks to the current VC that had renovated every hostel for students’ convenience. The phrase “For learning and culture, sports and struggle” in the school anthem isn’t a joke. OAU is internationally recognized with hundreds of international students studying there and I am hoping that Nigerian Federal Government will provide all necessary facilities to enable OAU to be the best in Africa and one of the best 100 globally. As a Pharmacy graduate of OAU, I have no issue securing a job and OAU is a school I will always recommend to prospective undergraduates.
