Well, my opinion about noun is that, it’s a flexible school, what do I mean by that is that, they’ve got flexible learning options. No physical classes, almost all there classes are online.
As there motto is slated as “work and learn” you can work and still come for learning.
And yes , I will recommend noun for people who are working and also want to learn, study and get a certificate
