The university is rated among the first three universities in Nigeria. It is the university of choice where quality education is acquired. It will recognize the university. The school library is top notch, well organized and the environment is conducive. It filled expertise and scholars that impacted the knowledge on students.

The University of Lagos is undoubtly one of the best Higher Education Institution in Nigeria but the status they are known for is not seen in some of her departments. What I mostly loved about the University of Lagos is the opportunity it provides to her student, ranging from financial support, to organized tutoring and even to building solide friendships. The financial assistance came in form of Busary or Sponsorship by external organizations who were interested in monetizing the Universitys’ platform. I would recommend the University of :agos to future students but would also advise they make research into the departments of their choice and how Lecturers in that section operate. Overall I had good experiences because I met some of the finest people there

The University of Lagos is a standard University but I believe it can be more than it currently is if all of it’s lecturers can genuinely put the interest of their students first.

What I did love about the University of Lagos is safety and sanity I got whenever I was on campus, security was 24hours round the clock and the sanitation crew always kept the surrounding clean.

When it came down to my study the primary reason I was there I’d rate my experience a 4/10. This was because I really did believe that most of the lecturers did not so much care about the output of their students. Instead they prioritized students they would believe to have some kind of potential in their major and exploit their talents.

I studied Theatre Arts, a very practical course and I found it interesting anytime my class was given a project to embark on. But we always had to improvise because the department lacked adequate props for projects. This led to us spending more of our personal money and not all students could afford this. Overall we always tried to make it work as a team and the relationships formed through these team works made it worthwhile.

University of Lagos is a well known and prestigious university in Nigeria. As a student of theatre arts, I have been exposed to many exciting experiences. Overpopulation is a major issue though. The hostels aren’t that neat.
