First Nigerian University so it has a lot of hype. Spacious campus is serene enough for evening walks to take the load off. There is a Zoological and a Botanical garden on campus. Events and seminars hosted by various organizations are educating.

The University of Ibadan is a prestigious school in Nigeria and has the lowest number of entrants every academic year, as such it is not over populated. Therefore the available resources are shared comfortably amongst students.

Hi, I’m a Nigerian student of the University of Ibadan, popularly known as UI in Ibadan ,Oyo state, Nigeria
I entered school in the year 2018 , At first it was a smooth experience, well so I thought but the reality came when there was a lot of difficulties like deadlines and the effect of change of environment and meeting people…everyone has an opinion of everyone and I had no choice to adapt to meeting and living around people from different cultures, states and even ideologies.
The lecturers made you be on top of your toes and work hard, they are of the opinion that, what we do , we do it well and that as actually helped us put her mind in what we need to do and do well, as we all know, University of Ibadan is known for good academic success . Even at that we still have fun when it’s time..there are departments and faculties parties to ease the tension of the semester but we know how to balance things up and that’s what I love about studing In the university of Ibadan.
