Schooling at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has had its pros and cons.
The major positive aspect of ESUT is that the school does not participate in “academic union strikes”, and as such, students are able to complete their academic programs without delay or interruptions.
The cons of the university include; inadequate learning facilities, lecturers who are not punctual to classes; with the management doing nothing about it; extremely rigorous process in carrying out documentations and academic procedures, lack of proper work ethics among administrative staffs(absenteesim, lateness, rudeness to students, etc), lack of proper maintenance of students’ hostels, etc; the list goes on and on..
Overall, the school is quite stressful and financially draining, but it is a sure option for anyone looking to complete their academic program without fear of academic delay.
