Overall my experience in Ambrose Alli University was very fun with hints of sadness.
I got admitted into the university to study medicine but due to the fact that the department over admitted students so we were way above our quota, so they had to withdraw some students
I was part of the students withdrawn, it was a difficult time but I over came it
I then transferred to Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I graduated from that department . It took prayers and determination to motivate myself to keep pushing and keep going.
The department I transferred too was better cause I had a passion for it so it was easy to be involved and participating.
I’m actually grateful for being withdrawn cause that was the first time I failed an exam in my whole life. It made me learn and grow since then. Sometimes failures are put in place to ignite growth. And I have grown.
So the school system is flawed and slow especially in medical courses.
But the current vice chancellor is working hand in hand with the edo state government to change that, I hope it all goes well.
So if you are struggling with failure, it’s just temporary greater things are coming
