Most of the lecturers in the school are not really focused on the students or in a better term, tend to prey on their student. Especially when they notice a weakness in the students (academically). But once they noticed their is really nothing to get from the student, they just ignore them entirely, and don’t care if they fail or have extra years in school. But few are really worried about their students and care for them.
