I had an amazing experience at Delta State University, Abraka! The university’s enthusiastic study habits and flexible curriculum allowed me to balance academics with social activities. As a student, I appreciated the hybrid system, which enabled me to learn both at home and on campus. The communication between lecturers and students was seamless, and there was always room for growth and development. What impressed me most was the university’s high moral standard and emphasis on discipline, which fostered a sense of responsibility and accountability among students.

My involvement in student politics further deepened my understanding of the university’s dynamics. As Financial Secretary and later Faculty President of the Faculty of Arts, I worked closely with lecturers and the school management to ensure that student needs were met. I was impressed by the good working relationship between the student union government and the management, which made it possible for us to advocate effectively for students’ welfare. The management’s receptiveness to our constructive feedback and concerns was particularly noteworthy. Overall, my time at Delta State University was enriching and well-rounded, and I’m grateful for the experience.
