The facilities, although they are not first class, are enough to develop the skills of the students, with the new campus in Nogales my opinion I am sure will change in favor, with respect to the study plans they seem adequate and complete being that they explore and exploit the skills individual students also force you to work as a team which is very helpful for the real world. As a graduate I can say that teachers are mostly trained people, specialized in their field and enrolled in aspects of the city that allow students to participate actively in events that develop their skills. Although no institution is perfect, I totally recommend a culinary degree at CEUNO.
