As such, this thrust context is based on the perception of a transformed and transformative project-based Software Engineering degree at the African Leadership University (ALU) that trains students in the areas of technology and technical, leadership, and entrepreneurial development for a better Africa. The program promises to engage students through learning, International experiential learning by internships, hackathons, and mission-driven projects, mostly career-oriented practical learning at such institutions. The diversity of ALU inspires innovation while its ethical leadership training aligns perfectly with the vision to empower a new generation of African leaders. Indeed, there is much ground to cover concerning partnerships and integration of advanced technologies such as AI, however this program stands tall as a clear example of reforming graduates to assume positions in the technological transformation of Africa.
