It is a huge huge campus and I am sure I have not even seen 25% of the campus during my whole academic year.
Professors and faculties are beyond exceptional and when I say it, I mean it. These people have really strong contacts, and they can collabrate with top universities or companies in the world.
For me its not important but one important aspect is wearing attires, example for girls they cannot wear a less then knee-length skirt, or boys wearing short dresses.
The hostel and building facilities are very outdated. It is never a good idea to live on-campus. The security guard system is very poor. Their administration system is quite slow.
View moreMy experience at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) was nothing short of transformative. The academic environment is rigorous and well-structured, with dedicated lecturers who are approachable, supportive, and knowledgeable in their fields. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on research and innovation, which helped me grow both academically and professionally.
The campus facilities are modern and well-maintained, including well-equipped labs, libraries, and collaborative learning spaces. The international community on campus also provided a rich cultural experience, allowing me to network and learn from peers around the world.
One of the highlights of my programme was the hands-on approach to learning and the encouragement to take on real-world projects. UTM also offers various workshops, seminars, and events that enhance students’ soft skills and leadership abilities.
If you’re looking for a university that balances academic excellence with real-world relevance, I would highly recommend UTM. It prepared me well for my future career and instilled in me a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
View moreThe campus is unique, surrounded by lush greenery. The staff and lecturers are exceptionally kind and supportive. One thing I deeply miss about my campus is its vibrant and serene atmosphere. The university facilities were excellent, especially the food court, Meranti. I have fond memories of enjoying Nasi Biryani from a kind aunty’s shop on Fridays.
View moreAs I approach the end of my final year, I want to share my experience with the Online Distance Learning MBA program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). This program has been a fantastic opportunity for working professionals like myself who aspire to advance their education without sacrificing their careers.
One of the standout features of this program is its weekend class schedule. As a full-time employee, I found it incredibly convenient to attend classes during the weekends, allowing me to manage my work commitments alongside my educational aspirations. The online format provides additional flexibility, enabling me to access lectures, participate in discussions, and complete assignments at my own pace throughout the week.
Despite being an online program, UTM has fostered an engaging learning environment. The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, always available to provide guidance and feedback. The use of various online tools and platforms has facilitated meaningful interactions among classmates, promoting collaboration and networking opportunities.
The online MBA program at UTM cultivates a strong sense of community. Group projects and discussions encourage teamwork and allow us to learn from one another’s experiences. This supportive network has been invaluable, making the learning process not only enriching but also enjoyable.
Overall, the Online Distance Learning MBA program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is an excellent choice for professionals looking to further their education without disrupting their work-life balance.
View moreI hate the management here, especially for my faculty MJIIT. They are rude and not helpful at all. The penalty for late registration is RM100 PER SUBJECT which is ridiculous because we have to register 6 subjects ( in my study structure for this semester ) so that would be RM600 only for penalty? The most you will be penalized at other universities is around Rm30-100 per late registration not per subject. They will not help you to find another way to pay if you cannot afford it. ( Note: MJIIT tuition fee is RM40k )
