As a master’s student at Vilnius University Business School, I’ve experienced a supportive and accommodating academic environment, especially for those balancing work and study. The course schedule is thoughtfully designed, making it easier for working professionals to manage both responsibilities. One of the most remarkable aspects is the emphasis on practical knowledge. Rather than focusing solely on theoretical concepts, the curriculum integrates real-world applications, preparing students for professional challenges in a meaningful way. The faculty is knowledgeable and approachable, fostering an engaging learning experience that bridges the gap between academia and industry.

I completed my master’s degree in International Project Management at Vilnius University, and had a positive learning experiences. The programme provides a solid foundation for students who want to develop careers in Project Management. Many courses focused on teamwork, leadership, project planning and strategic thinking. Working with classmates with different countries improved my ability to collaborate in multicultural teams. The Professors were knowledgable and supportive to the students.
One area that could be improved is increasing more practical industry collaboration or real-life project aimulations.
