Vilnius University is a historic and academically strong university with good professors and a beautiful campus. However, it is not always very friendly for international students. The exam system is quite strict, and only one free retake is allowed. Unlike many universities in Germany or Italy, additional retakes usually require extra payment, which can create financial pressure for students.
