I am a Erasmus student. They were very flexible with me and very helpful and I would like to say that they are answering the question very fast in emails or calls and that was very helpful for me and it was a little bit confusing for the schedule of some of the courses because of the website for the schedule was a little bit late so when they changed the place of the class or something, it would be a little bit late and when i wanted to ask the people who work in the offices they don’t really know how to speak English it was hard to find someone who knows how to speak English but other than that it’s good
